This is the first time I've joined my new colleagues for an adventure in one of these municipalities in Laguna. So via a private transportation, we reached the place more than two hours from Manila.
Having a taste of the showers of this falls is not like just going to the beach where you just walk a few meters away from your cottage to the shore. Going to this falls is a prize you get after several climbs on those eco trails..
It's not just that. Bamboo rafting is one that you would surely enjoy which will leave you that feeling of wanting to have more.... Before reaching the falls to that inner part of the forest, you have to cross the river using these rafts. I guess bamboo rafting is one of those common river activities that you should not miss while exploring the rivers and falls here in Laguna.
Reaching this falls felt like a teaser to us. You would be thinking that the Ambon Ambon falls would just be like this.
After riding that third raft and going through a cave-like mountain of rocks, this magnificent beauty awaits.
As the water cascades over that rocky outcrops, the water creates these falls where one falls and tumbles on that rocky slope creating those rainstorm like sheets while the other drizzles on those rocks below.

As we drew nearer that veil of water, it only took seconds for us to be wet and shiver on its icy cold sheets. The water pounding on us which made our hair cling to our heads and around our faces meant it was worth the adventure. We enjoyed the feeling and even if the water made us shiver with cold, we still stood in awe.
